The Doodex AI modules for Odoo — 2026 catalog and comparison vs standard Odoo
Five native Odoo modules, built since 2019 on production projects — not PoCs. All auditable, all packaged on quote.
Five Doodex AI modules for Odoo, built since 2019 on production projects — not PoCs. Each one starts from the same observation: Odoo Enterprise is great at modeling a business process, but when something has to decide in place of a human (qualify a lead, anticipate a breakdown, validate an invoice, suggest a replenishment, reply to a ticket), you need a module that sees the data, learns the context, and returns an auditable decision. That is exactly what Flow Engine (cross-module orchestration), Doodex Lead Intelligence (AI-driven acquisition + nurturing), Predictive Pack (maintenance / stock / credit), Doc & Vision Pack (OCR for invoices / contracts / delivery notes / IDs) and Knowledge AI (internal RAG co-pilot) do. All native to Odoo (no parallel stack to maintain), all auditable (every AI decision is logged in the chatter), all packaged on quote with a committed scope and a feature-by-feature comparison against standard Odoo. This page gives you, for each module: its exact scope, its pricing logic, and its comparison. At the end, a decision matrix to identify which one to start with based on your ERP maturity, your sector and your dominant pain.
Why a Doodex module rather than standard Odoo + ChatGPT?
The "just plug OpenAI in" myth: what breaks in production
Plugging an LLM API into Odoo through a custom automation works perfectly well until the day: the model hallucinates on a quote, API billing silently explodes, you can no longer trace why a given lead was scored BOFU, the vendor raises prices by 40%, or a user pastes GDPR data into the prompt. Handcrafted PoCs rarely survive the second wave of usage.
What a native module brings (governance, observability, fallback)
A Doodex module installs its own Odoo models (logs, scores, audit trail), exposes its settings in the Configuration menu, respects security groups, and every AI decision is logged in the chatter of the record concerned. Per-user quotas, fallback when the model is down, Grafana observability wired in, GDPR compliance documented. That is the difference between a PoC and a workflow that still runs 18 months later.
Module 1 — Orchestration
Flow Engine — the Odoo + AI orchestration engine
Scope: All Odoo modules. Flow Engine is the conductor that triggers the right AI model at the right moment in any Odoo workflow (sales, purchase, inventory, helpdesk, marketing, etc.) — without duplicating business logic in a parallel stack.
Pricing: on quote (depending on the number of orchestrated workflows and event volume per month).
Comparison vs standard Odoo (8 key differences): native Odoo automations = deterministic rules only (if/then), Flow Engine = auditable probabilistic decisions; Odoo Studio = static no-code, Flow Engine = no-code wired to models; Odoo automated actions = silos per model, Flow Engine = cross-model workflow; no AI versioning in standard Odoo, native versioning in Flow Engine; no fallback in standard Odoo, configurable deterministic fallback; no observability in standard Odoo, Grafana + chatter in Flow Engine; no per-user quotas, quotas by Odoo group; no model A/B testing, native A/B.
Typical use cases: generative CPQ, automatic lead scoring, replenishment suggestions, exception-based invoice validation.

Module 2 — Acquisition
Doodex Lead Intelligence — AI-driven acquisition + nurturing
Scope: website visitor tracking (Leadinfo), contact enrichment (Apollo), automatic TOFU/MOFU/BOFU scoring, segment-personalized outreach sequences, and qualified leads written directly into Odoo CRM with a planned activity and a populated chatter.
Pricing: on quote (depending on tracked visitor volume, outreach base size and level of AI personalization).
Comparison vs standard Odoo CRM: Odoo CRM = manual qualification by sales reps, Lead Intelligence = automatic qualification in the background; Odoo CRM = static rule-based scoring, Lead Intelligence = dynamic multi-signal scoring; Odoo Marketing Automation = mass email, Lead Intelligence = AI-personalized 1-to-1 email; Odoo CRM = no visibility on anonymous visitors, Lead Intelligence = capture & profiling; Odoo CRM = manually created activities, Lead Intelligence = auto activities with a pre-written meeting brief.
Typical use cases: lead scoring, automatic pipeline qualification, pre-written meeting briefs, customer credit suggestions.

Module 3 — Predictive
Predictive Pack — maintenance, stock, credit
Scope: three specialized models (predictive maintenance, replenishment suggestion, credit risk scoring), wired respectively to Odoo Manufacturing, Inventory and Accounting. Each model is trained on the customer's history, audited periodically, and displays its confidence level directly inside the Odoo UI.
Pricing: on quote (models trained on your data — baseline phase included).
Comparison vs standard Odoo: Odoo Maintenance = calendar-based preventive, Predictive = breakdown prediction on IoT signals; Odoo Inventory min/max = fixed rules, Predictive = multi-seasonality forecasting; Odoo Accounting = no native credit scoring, Predictive = real-time scoring on the partner record; no AI history in standard Odoo, automatic drift detection in Predictive.
Typical use cases: predictive maintenance, smart stock suggestions, customer credit scoring.

Module 4 — Document AI
Doc & Vision Pack — OCR for invoices, contracts, delivery notes, IDs
Scope: a complete pipeline capture → structured extraction → AI validation of discrepancies → write back to Odoo. Reads supplier invoices (PDF, scan, photo), commercial contracts, delivery notes, ID documents (KYC). Each validated document is attached to the matching Odoo record together with its confidence score.
Pricing: on quote (depending on monthly volume and document complexity).
Comparison vs standard Odoo: native Odoo invoice OCR = basic single-format reading, Doc & Vision = multi-format + AI validation of discrepancies; no 3-way matching in standard Odoo, automatic in Doc & Vision; no AI KYC in Odoo, OCR + document verification in Doc & Vision; no drag-and-drop by email in Odoo, native email capture in Doc & Vision.
Typical use cases: supplier invoice OCR + 3-way matching, contract dematerialization, customer KYC.

Module 5 — Co-pilot
Knowledge AI — an internal co-pilot on top of your Odoo Knowledge base
Scope: secure RAG over the Odoo Knowledge base + resolved tickets + product documentation. Scoped by Odoo user group (a sales rep does not see HR articles). Knows how to answer in the helpdesk, in a lead's chatter, or in a dedicated chat — always with cited sources and chatter traceability.
Pricing: on quote (depending on indexed Knowledge volume, number of users and freshness requirements).
Comparison vs standard Odoo: Odoo Knowledge = full-text search, Knowledge AI = semantic search + synthesized answer; Odoo Helpdesk = no reply suggestion, Knowledge AI = RAG answer inside the ticket form; no group visibility in the standard search, AI scope aligned with Odoo groups.
Typical use cases: helpdesk co-pilot, multi-article semantic search, reconstructed meeting briefs.

FAQ — Licensing & go-live
Why are all modules quoted and not listed at a public price?
Because a Doodex AI module always includes a baseline phase and a native Odoo integration: it is not a SaaS license you toggle in two clicks. The committed scope varies with your stack, your volume and your GDPR obligations. The quote fits on one page and is delivered within 5 days after the diagnostic.
Can several modules be installed in parallel?
Yes — but we advise against starting more than two modules at the same time in year one. Better to industrialize one priority use case, measure the gain, and build from there.
Hosting: Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, on-premise — is everything compatible?
Yes for Odoo.sh and on-premise. Odoo Online (Odoo SaaS) does not allow custom modules — you need to migrate to Odoo.sh or a dedicated hosting. We include that in the engagement when needed.
Does my data leave Odoo to go through the LLM?
It depends on the module and your sensitivity level: for generative AI, Claude/OpenAI hosted in the EU with an EDPF agreement; for predictive, proprietary Doodex models trained on your data and hosted in the EU or on-premise. No training on multi-customer datasets. GDPR compliance documented project by project.
What happens if I leave Doodex?
You keep your trained models (exportable weights), your Flow Engine workflows (in plain Odoo) and your Knowledge AI vector stores. No vendor lock-in. You also get the full technical documentation (runbook + observability).
And the LLM API cost (Claude / OpenAI) — is it billed on top?
Yes, but it is included in the quote with a monthly cap per module. The quote states the estimated API cost based on your target volume. Above the cap, you are alerted before any overage and can adjust.
